Excuse my late reply. I can tie it to either my art or German practice.

Danke schön. As much as i know exercising daily is very beneficial for any person with any age, i don't do so regularly (only when i feel like it, and very incosistently), also still haven't figured out what benefits i get by not exercising daily.

Ok, so what’s an easy exercise you can tie into another activity?

Self-abnegation! (My one autopilot behavior.) And I chose one I've already started working on to hedge my chances of success. And what has helped me, dear SLART, has been YOUR WORK in maximum. Check this out: https://raisingclarity.com/2025/07/my-art-is-living/ and check out the number of times I mention you. (2x more than Jenny Holzer!) THANK YOU. And I DID laugh out loud but not in the mean way you think, I laughed picturing (ok, vaguely and from a distance) you doing your morning poo whilst learning Japanese! (On Duolingo, I assume? If so, my handle is BethRaps and we should be Duo friend!) I am SO excited about all you accomplished this past week just by cutting things out! SO FABULOUS and MEANINGFUL. If I were coaching you, I'd say, revel in it like Bruno would just for one week, just keep it up and enjoy doing just those exact things. (And keep on your wonderful Memento Vivere track, of course.) WOW

No less than seven times you mentioned SLART, what an honour and a privilege to be part of you declaring yourself an artist. I’ve long admired how you design your life.

I will revel in it like my sweet Bruno would, it’s so much more fun and simple being aware of it and stoping rather than chasing additional things in my life.

I’m glad you laughed at the learning of Japanese, I did a lot of lessons today but it’s comforting knowing that I only require opening the Duo Lingo app amidst my morning constitutionals, to tick it off my list for the day.

“ocha o Kudasai” has already began to embed into my neurology. 🍵 🙏

Tea, please?

Right?

It's my whole life you help me see how I design.

I realised that was part of why I wrote that post--to convince you YOUR life is art, too. The experimentation you're doing with Projekt Rattloch, the way you're embodying Memento Vivere (and the embodying it comes out of in your life thus far), the way you live your kidneys...so much--even doing Japanese in the loo!

Well the funny thing is, I didn't see my life as art until you just pointed it out :-D

I thought not. I also thought you would see it easily once I did point it out. I think that's deeply linked with my mission in life, that post, this pointing-out. It's what I want readers to understand about my testifying. You of all people can see it. But it must not be treated facilely as a given, oh, our art is our living. No! It has to be consciously created, and for me, in collaboration with Spirit and Nature or whatever we name those forces that will whup our asses if we aren't paying attention and get cocky and think we control everything.
