It's how I roll! IMHO, there can't be enough people in the world who know how to ask for what they need and want in right, respectful ways like you're doing.
I like the nugget about being direct. Sometimes, we try to speak around what we actually want which does everyone a disservice.
It truly does do people a disservice!
