Hey Beth, I always look forward to your comments on here! Well, funnily, someone sent me a video about affirming something powerful 100 times in a row before sleep, I started saying "I am the world's greatest artist" for three nights then my soul sold for that amount!
Oh, if you press STOP, it will stop until the next alarm I set, Snooze, It'll keep coming back up every 10 minutes.
Ah! Rather than turning on the snooze? Or along with the snooze?(It's important to know what the action looks like you want yourself to take when the alarm goes off.)
